These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using www.aimwild.co.uk (the “Site”), including details regarding purchases, user responsibilities, and acceptable use of the Site.
Our goal is to make your experience at Aim Wild truly memorable. To ensure this, we ask that you please read and accept the following terms and conditions:
These terms outline the contract between the guest (the holidaymaker) and Aim Wild. The contract becomes effective upon receipt of payment for the issued invoice.
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking request becomes confirmed once Aim Wild has accepted the request and the full payment has been made as per the issued invoice.
Once confirmed, the holidaymaker is responsible for the total cost of the booking, as shown on the invoice.
We strongly recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance.
If a cancellation is made more than 3 months prior to the stay, a full refund will be issued minus a £75 handling fee.
Cancellations made between 3 months and 6 weeks prior to the stay will be refunded 50% of the invoiced cost, minus a £75 handling fee, regardless of whether the cabin is re-let.
For cancellations made within 6 weeks of the stay, the guest is responsible for the full cost of the booking and will forfeit any refund, whether the cabin is re-let or not.
In the case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Aim Wild reserves the right to postpone the booking to a mutually convenient date of equal value.
The full balance for your stay is due upon booking unless agreed otherwise. The booking remains provisional until all funds have been cleared. Once full payment has been received, the booking is confirmed. Until this point, Aim Wild reserves the right to cancel the booking with prior notice.
Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Guests can collect their key from the secure key deposit box at the cabin. If you expect to arrive outside of these hours, please notify us the day before or during booking. For winter bookings, arrival times may be flexible, subject to prior arrangement with Aim Wild.
Check-out is at 10:00am on the day of departure. We ask that guests leave the cabin in the same clean and tidy condition as it was found.
Guests are kindly requested to be considerate of other visitors during their stay.
Aim Wild is located on a working farm, and while the farm itself is a separate entity, we ask guests to be mindful of the environment, including livestock and potential hazards. Aim Wild will not be held liable for any injury, death, damage, or loss (including indirect or consequential losses such as loss of business, revenue, goodwill, or data) arising from or in connection with the use of the facilities at Aim Wild.
Guests are responsible for securing the cabin when away from the site. Aim Wild cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. We kindly ask that any damages or breakages be reported to Aim Wild as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge for any excessive damage caused during your stay.
Guests with limited mobility are encouraged to contact Aim Wild prior to booking to ensure access to the cabin is suitable, as some areas may have steps or uneven terrain.
Fires are restricted to the wood-burning stove and designated fire pits. Guests found lighting fires elsewhere will be asked to leave the premises, and no refund will be issued.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. A £250 charge will apply for deep cleaning of soft furnishings if this rule is violated. Guests who smoke outside are asked to dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and must not litter the surrounding area.
Regrettably, no pets are allowed on-site due to the working farm environment and livestock in nearby fields.
Camping is strictly prohibited on the cabin site or surrounding areas unless prior approval has been granted by Aim Wild.
We ask all guests to respect the natural beauty of Aim Wild. Littering on the cabin site or surrounding area is strictly prohibited. Please stick to designated footpaths, as access to any other areas is not permitted. If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please contact us directly rather than approaching the farm.
If you encounter any issues during your stay, please notify Aim Wild immediately so we can address and resolve the matter. We cannot accept liability for complaints raised after the stay has ended or for complaints that were not brought to our attention during your stay.
We take every precaution to ensure that the cabins are as safe as possible. However, we ask that all guests exercise caution and remain aware of their surroundings, especially given the remote and natural environment.
By confirming a booking with Aim Wild, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions on behalf of your entire party. You acknowledge that the invoice must be paid upon booking and failure to do so may result in cancellation. You also confirm that you are over 18 years of age.
